The Riverstone Building
13th and River is a prominent intersection located just seconds from the freeway and minutes from the Greenbelt. This area offers multiple accessibility points, serving as a central route for foot and vehicle traffic alike. With the implementation of the River/ Myrtle Urban Renewal Plan, this area has undergone a number of improvements in the last few years, with the addition of the Riverstone Building being one of them. This multi-tenant building was designed by Glancey Rockwell and Associates with an intent to add a fresh, modern feel to this eclectic location.
Sitting on a premium corner location, this building offers passersby an opportunity for visual engagement and inquiry of the space. It was our vision to design and fabricate a monument sign that would complement the existing architecture of the building by incorporating similar defined angles and edges, materials, and raw finish to the overall design, reinforcing the overall aesthetic of the architecture.
